Niran obtained his LL.B from the University of Lagos and thereafter proceeded to the Nigerian Law School for his B.L. He also obtained his Masters in Law degree (LL.M) at the University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos State Nigeria. Sometime in 2011, he got a Certificate in Negotiation Theory and Practice with United Nations Development Programme/United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNDP/UNITAR).

He worked with the Law firm of Seun Omotoba & Co. where he had his pupilage and grew to become the Head of Chambers.

Niran’s core competence is in corporate and commercial practice, debt negotiation and restructuring, company secretarial and regulatory compliance, private equity documentation, real estate brokerage and documentation, company formation, legal research, estates and trusts, banking and finance, employment and labour law, general legal advisory services and litigation.

He has advised clients on real estate investment and perfection of the requisite documentation. He has also advised on the incorporation of many new companies as well as the restructuring of many other existing companies.

He has handled several cases in the Nigerian Courts at different levels and States.
